Central Software Solutions, Inc (CSSI) was founded in 1996 to provide plant breeding software and agricultural research software. CSSI's flagship product, PRISM (Plant Research Information Sharing Manager), grew out of the company's experience in software development and the agricultural industry.
PRISM is used by many large companies in several countries supporting grain and vegetable crops such as corn, soybeans, sorghum, cotton, canola, rice, squash, beans, sunflowers, wheat, and popcorn.
CSSI believes in developing relationships with its customers to determine their needs and to look for ways to meet those needs. CSSI believes in using the latest computer technology to provide robust, efficient, and user-friendly features in its products.

Consulting & Customization
Although the PRISM software contains many tools for customizing solutions for your business, sometimes it is necessary to have a custom solution implemented for your specific business rules. CSSI offers consulting services to implement these solutions. CSSI also offers data migration services to move your existing data into PRISM.
Source code licensing is also available which gives you access to the PRISM source code and allows you to make your own changes to the software.

Support
Support is included for the first year after purchase. Support includes phone and e-mail support, internet computer sharing, and all upgrades. Support can be renewed each year for a percentage of your license fees.
Training can be provided through the internet or at CSSI's location. On-site training and support are also available. Manuals are provided and a context sensitive help file is installed on each machine for easy access to an electronic version of the user manual.
